Hoerman Bryce Canyon Restored

FullSizeRender-6

Part two of the Carl Hoerman restoration, Bryce Canyon Landscape, suffered from an aging canvas, that had gone threadbare in places, and contaminants: dust and paint spatterings. Miller Fenwood sutured and filled the weak sections of the canvas, and, through a  series of cleaning processes, removed the contaminants.

The American Impressionist Frame is an original work of Miller Fenwood. The style and detailing was devised by Miller Fenwood, and  based on similar frames of the time. It’s hand carved and leafed with 22 Karat gold through Renaissance water gilding.
