Restoration complete. French Mats were made by Miller Fenwood, a nimble act of paper construction using adhesive and handmade paper sheets, bordered with steady pencil lines, and subtle color variations brought out by watercolor washes. Openings for the artwork were then removed before each print was framed and covered with archival glass.
