Prominently known for his innovative re-design of billboards, Stephen Glassman, is also the artist behind Snake Maquette, a statue made with his signature material: bamboo. An unfortunate mishap ultimately brought it into us with a variety of materials to mend: from cracked bamboo, to spotted linen, to copper in need of welding.
